Intelligence Delongo is a major Delongonian government agaency, which oversees all intelligence and counter-intelligence in Delongo. It was established under the Blix Intelligence Act (1913). It is furtherly subdivided into several other agencies namely: I-77, I-78, I-79, M-80, and I-76

I-77 is the Federal Security agency, overseeing all counterintelligence in Delongo. I-78 is the foreign intelligence agency for Delongo. I-79 is the press and propaganda agency. M-80 is the Delongonian Military Force, which is subdivided into F-# categories (F-100 Navy, F-101 Army, etc.). I-76 is the scientific research and intelligence agency for Delongo.

Intelligence Delongo, especially I-77, I-78, and I-76, is internationally known and renowned for their high-quality and unbias work. They are also well-recognized for their work in their transition to the modern age.

The Director General of I-78, Jing Zhu, is widely-quoted by intelligence peoples around the world, even quoted in Skyfall, for her short speech in her 2012 trial which was about the relevance of I-78.

"Chairman, ministers, I've repeatedly heard how irrelevant my department has become. Why do we need agents, intelligence, the I-77 agency, the I-78 agency, even Intelligence Delongo? Isn't it all rather quaint? Well, I suppose I see a different world than you do, and the truth is that what I see frightens me. I'm frightened because our enemies are no longer known to us. They do not exist on a map, they aren't nations. They are individuals. And look around you - who do you fear? Can you see a face, a uniform, a flag? No, our world is not more transparent now, it's more opaque. The shadows - that's where we must do battle. So before you declare us irrelevant, ask yourselves - how safe do you feel? Just one more thing to say. My late husband was a great lover of poetry, and um - I suppose some of it sunk in, despite my best intentions. And here today, I remember this, I believe, from TennysonWe are not now that strength which in old days moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are. One equal temper of heroic hearts, made weak by time and fate, but strong in will. To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield."
