New Rupertland is a new province replacing the Independence Toll, which dissolved on 20 April 2014. It is the fifth largest province, and the fourth most populous with 46,130,000.

The province is bordered by the Delongo Sea, Claymore Tri, and Las Forstain. It is divided up into three major regions: the Rupertland Archipelago, Murphydale, and the Oceanview Urban Region.
